Former US president Donald Trump has accused Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky of favouring Democrats over Republicans ahead of the November presidential elections. Speaking at a rally in Pennsylvania on Monday (Sep 23), Trump said Zelensky wanted Kamala Harris to win the elections. He also termed the Ukrainian leader the world’s ‘greatest salesman’.

“Zelensky is the greatest salesman in history. Every time he comes into the country, he walks away with $60 billion,” Trump said. The 45th POTUS also suggested that Zelensky was benefitting from US aid to Ukraine.
